After a very successful
season last year,
where SEAT supported
all five European
races of the 2007
Red Bull Air Race
World Series, the
partnership will
continue over 2008
and 2009 with SEAT
set to reach millions
of people with this
spectacular motor
sports competition.
In 2007, there were
four million spectators
at the ten races
held worldwide and
over 400 million
watched the races
on television.
Last season, more
than 2.5 million
people watched the
five races sponsored
by SEAT in Istanbul,
Interlaken, London,
Budapest and Porto.
SEAT has strong
visibility with
branding on the
planes, air gates
and other elements
of the races. SEAT
also provides 75
cars which are used
by the pilots and
Red Bull Air Race
team during the
race period, the
most prominent of
which is the Follow
Me car used at the
airport to guide
the planes.
